Bio: As a child I wanted to be a doctor. That perhaps was the reason why my parents both with academic education expected me to study hard and achieve a brilliant academic career. Soon there were clashes. Because as I was getting older, I found school all the more dull. What I like is being challenged. And in school I couldn’t, for the life of me, think of why to learn all the nonsense we were presented with. At about the same time I also got a terrible suspicion that all this mumbo jumbo had nothing to do with real education with things you need to learn for the real life. Anyway, I know quite a few frustrated academics unable to lead a normal happy life. As early as I could, I left school and immediately found a job that’s payed better than a doctor and, still more importantly it’s far more pleasant and enjoyable. Besides I could skip the gloomy grave stuff of university studies.
