Bio: Yes, yoga. A big thing. I came to it all the way round from volley-ball. When I was a kid my parents, for some reason wanted me to play it, but what happened was that one year I suddenly grew up enormously for which reason I started having severe problems especially with my back. My auntie had done yoga for years and it was proposed for me to try it. All my problems quite quickly stopped and what’s more I noticed that after the exercise I am charged with huge energy. And, as I sticked to it I discovered there’s infinitely much more to it than just a physical exercise not only have I gained totally unexpected control of my body, but with that a whole new control over my life and me as a person. Yoga has certainly made me much stronger deep in myself.
