Here_s Peyton Priestly.Kat, the US Department of Justice has accused a British man of crashing the Dow Jones 600 points in just five minutes They claim Navinder Singh Sarao set up 19,000 fake trades, making himself around 40 million dollars and encouraging a global market meltdown. Prosecutors are trying to extradite Mr Sarao to the United States to face charges of wire and commodities fraud for his alleged part in the Wall Street _Flash Crash_ of May 2010.How_s this for a signing bonus? A Saudi royal offered free luxury Bentley cars to every pilot who_s participated in the Yemen air strikes. Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, the nephew of the King, apparently made the promise on Twitter. Some in the media think he_s just exaggerating but the prince has made a similar offer before. He gifted 25 cars to a local football team for a winning season. He_s also worth upwards of 23 BILLION dollars so it would be just a drop in the bucket. And Australia is experiencing one of the worst storms in recent memory. Sydney residents were urged to evacuate as 85 mile per hour winds battered the East coast for days. More then a quarter million homes and business have no power and some areas have been flooded with more then a foot of rain.
