The jury placed 51 percent of the blame on Barrett for videotaping Andrews through her hotel room peephole and 49 percent against two hotel companies for failing to protect her privacy. Andrews tweeted a thank you message to her supporters after the verdict was read out. The US Supreme Court has REJECTED a bid by Apple to overturn charges of price fixing The tech giant was found guilty in 2015 of conspiring with publishers to inflate the price of e-books. The allegations date back to 2009 when the company was trying to break the stranglehold Amazon had over the e-book market at the time.
